🇺🇸 U.S. Duties & Tariffs Update
Effective immediately, all orders shipped to the United States will have duties and applicable import tariffs pre-charged at checkout. This ensures a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected fees upon arrival.
As a Canadian retailer, this update reflects recent changes in cross-border shipping regulations impacting all businesses exporting to the U.S. We’ve implemented this adjustment to maintain transparency and avoid customs-related delays or surprise charges for our U.S. customers.

We offer free expedited shipping on all Canadian & USA orders over $150+.
*The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts and is non-refundable*
Orders usually ship within 2-4 days of being processed and does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end, including but not limited to, weather, volume and customs delays.
*Cut off for the day is 3pm PST so anything ordered then will be classified as the following business day*
We do our part to minimize packaging materials and will pack all items accordingly unless individual packaging is requested for gifting purposes. If you require additional pouches or boxes after receiving and declined to include this in the initial order, we can ship these pieces for an additional $4 plus applicable shipping.
Pre-Orders
Some of our pieces are worth the wait — that’s why we offer Pre-Orders! These items are made just for you and can take anywhere from 2–12 weeks to ship. Please note that the estimated delivery date shown at checkout won’t apply to Pre-Orders.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and Pre-Order items, we’ll send everything together once all items are in stock. Need the in-stock items sooner? Just reach out and we can arrange a separate shipment (extra shipping fees may apply).
Because Pre-Orders are specially reserved for you, they’re final sale. If you change your mind after placing your order, we’ll happily issue a store credit, but refunds aren’t available for Pre-Orders.
Deliveries outside of Canada and the USA may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that we do not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be as they vary by country.
Once your package is in the possession of the chosen shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it has been delivered, you must file a report with the carrier. The Perfect Hoop Earring Ltd. will not replace packages of this nature. We will file a report on our end and once the package is deemed lost and unretrievable, we will then reship your item (if insurance was included in the original shipping method). The Perfect Hoop Earring Ltd. will not be responsible to replace packages that did not include tracking/insurance.
