Returns / Exchanges
Your satisfaction means the world to us.
We accept returns for store credit only and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items, including all inserts, should be returned, unworn and in their original condition, along with proof of purchase or a note with your full name, address and email. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Please note it may take 7-10 business days to process your return once received. There will be no refunds.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Items purchased on markdown during sales or promotional periods will be considered final sale.
Defects or Damaged items: If any of your products arrive damaged or defective, please send us an email within 14 days to request a replacement or store credit. Include a picture and details of the damages or defects. We reserve the right to refuse a return (store credit) or exchange if we determine the product has been misused.

To complete your return, we require an emailed request along with a receipt or proof of purchase to hello@theperfecthoop.ca and send your item to the shipping address below.
Gifts
If the item WAS marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was NOT marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return unless otherwise instructed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
